Terms of Use
This is the Shadowrocket Official Site and user guide. It provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, managing configurations, and troubleshooting. These terms apply when you visit this site, read its documentation, or use examples provided here. Please review them before use. If you disagree, stop using the site’s content.
1. Content Scope and Applicability
This site’s guidance is for Shadowrocket users and assumes you already have your own subscription or server details. The documentation explains procedures and configuration options; it does not guarantee availability in any particular network environment or replace your judgment about your device, network, or intended use.
The app’s interface, features, and compatibility may change. Refer to the App Store listing for system requirements, purchase eligibility, and store transaction details. For current instructions, follow the wording in the app. Example rules illustrate syntax only; check their applicability before using them.
2. App Purchases and Service Boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source app for Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad. It is available exclusively through the App Store. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official app icon, and app ID 932747118. See the Getting the App guide for verification steps.
A one-time purchase of the app does not include a network service plan. This site does not provide nodes or subscription services and is not responsible for services between users and their providers. Obtain subscription details from your provider. App payments, redownloads, and refund requests are handled under the rules applicable in the App Store at the time. This site does not collect payments or review refund requests.
3. Lawful Use and Information Protection
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and with those applicable to their actual use, as well as the rules of the networks, device administrators, and related services they access. Do not use Shadowrocket, this site’s documentation, or configuration examples for unlawful purposes, including invading privacy, stealing data, damaging systems, or accessing network resources without permission.
Users must ensure they are authorized to use any imported server, subscription, or configuration details. Subscription URLs, access credentials, and configuration files may contain sensitive information and should be stored securely. Before requesting help, remove credentials and personal data. Do not share complete subscription URLs or logs containing sensitive information.
4. Availability and Limitation of Liability
Network connection results depend on factors such as device status, configuration, service providers, and the services being accessed. This site does not guarantee continuous availability of the website, app, or network connections, or that the documented steps will work in every environment. The app is sold on the App Store; instructions on this site do not extend any promises or guarantees applicable to store transactions.
Before changing configurations, clearing records, or reinstalling, back up any configurations you may need and confirm how to restore them. To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for unavailability, data loss, or indirect losses resulting from using the documentation, configuration changes, service interruptions, or inadequate backups. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be waived by law or limit any rights users have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related software rights belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited. Displaying the official app icon and materials on this site does not grant visitors the right to modify or redistribute them, or to use them as branding for other products.
Users may read and save necessary documentation for personal learning and configuration. When quoting it, retain the source and context. Do not alter technical conclusions or use the content to mislead people about purchases. Copying, compiling, or commercial use beyond what the law permits requires prior permission from the relevant rights holders.
6. Changes to These Terms and Support
This site may revise these terms to reflect feature changes, documentation maintenance, or legal requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. When using the site again, review the terms relevant to your use.
For help with app procedures, see Troubleshooting or Getting Started, and check your configuration step by step. For questions about purchase records or transactions, use the relevant process provided by the App Store. If any provision cannot legally be applied, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
